Air handle for lifting the top roller

See above pics . for upgrading the top roller, operator just put the media in Middle of the roller , and make down the rollers and laminate

The important part of the laminator – Rollers

A) The top roller can be heated, 15 min can reach 60C after setting

B) The low roller stay the room temp.

C) Double rollers are the silicone types , both roller dia is 130C , silicone thickness is 6mm

D) Double rollers are NON STICKER, it is easy to maintain, pls use the alcohol to wipe the surface every week

Tension system

Our machine equip with the tension system, When laminate the rolls works , pls adjust the system to a fine tension, to avoid the winkle and the snow

The emergency switch

Double switches for the machine, no matter you are in front or back of the machine , two sides switch you can press when some lamination mistakes show.

Air-oil separator

Pls adjust the pressure at 0.4MPA, it can provide the good pressure to the media. And this part connect with the air compressor
